167246dfc6 Fix: Add agent provisioning progress logging 
- Add step-by-step logging to waitForAgentRunning()
- Shows state, installStep, and progress updates
- Logs errors and poll failures for debugging
- Fixes invisible provisioning process issue from Dec 19 split
